General rental conditions

 

  • rented camper/cara van is clean on the outside and inside
  • full fuel tank
  • 2 full gas cylinders
  • camping equipment (230 V cable, wheel chocks etc.)
  • Insurance: AC/OC/NW + Assistance PZU
  • security deposit: 1000 EUR (Cash/transfer)
  • reservation fee (downpayment) 30% of rental’s value
  • smoking forbidden inside and outside the camping/ caravan

 

 

Rental Agreement

 

  • Pre-booking via mail or telephone
  • booking is confirmed by paying 30% deposit
  • to sign the agreement you will need ID card and driving licence
  • Renter must be at least 25 years old
  • camper or caravan will be released after paying all the fees

 

 

hand-over protocol

 

  • caravan or camper must be returned clean inside and outside
  • full fuel tank
  • tanks: clean water/dirty water/cassette toilet - empty
  • each damage must be reported in advance
  • security deposit will be appraised in 7 days based on hand-over protocol
